We loved everything about our stay! Kym's warm hospitality, our beautiful room, our delicious breakfast, and to top it off, it was such a pleasure to chat with Kym. Thank you Kym, we definitely hope to return! The Paisley Fair was awesome too!
Let me start off by stating that if you are in the Bruce county area, the Chepstow Inn is an absolute must stay. The 150 year old Inn is full of beautiful furniture, pictures, decor, and accessories from a different era. It deeply embodies the local history of the town. The suites are extremely comfortable and very well equipped (plenty of coffee and tea!). Do not miss out on Kym’s breakfast! We had a some very tasty eggs benedict with roasted tomatoes and an assortment of fruit. The owner Kym is super welcoming, kind, and a real pleasure to chat with. She will make you feel right at home the moment you walk in… and you won’t want to leave! We look forward to visiting again in the near future.
This was my fourth or fifth time staying at the Chepstow Inn as I do a blacksmith workshop nearby. And it is always first-rate. The breakfasts, the tasteful rooms and their big bathtubs, and above all Kym's friendly professionalism. Unfailingly thoughtful, helpful and insightful -- whether it's about things to do or see in the area, or where to get a good meal. Her packed lunch option is a life-saver as well. I'll be back (more than once).
Truly a great experience and welcoming place to stay if you're in the area. I highly recommend a weekend getaway at the Chepstow Inn, it's perfect. Essentially around the holidays, as the festive decor will make you feel like you're staying in ole town Christmas Story.
Had a great one-night stay here last week! The room was very comfy and so very beautiful. Kym was such a friendly host & cooked a marvelous breakfast for us! Her homemade ginger peach jam is very tasty! Would recommend, for sure.
Excellent little BnB, Kym was a fantastic host. The inn itself is from the 1800 with history on every wall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable unique trip back in time.
What a marvelous cottage like spot. The decor is lovely and the ambiance even better. It makes you want to come back often. The owner, Kim, as I called her, is very open and mind to everyone who comes there. Whether they stay there or not. The Inn is in a small town with other interesting places to visit like the antique store just across the way. I only stayed for the one day so I could not say how much more I would like it here but without a doubt I believe it would be wonderful and I recommend it to all who travel that way.
Love this Inn, was worried about location, but not once we stepped in the front door. Kym is awesome and character of Inn is fantastic. And the Moose head!!!!! So glad we found the Chepstow Inn. Excellent breakfast too, but Peaches the cat might have gotten a few too many left overs :)
